What exactly do you do?

We manage your Auckland Council bin collection day. Every week we place your bins out before collection and return them safely after bin is emptied. Simple, consistent, reliable.

How many bins are included?

Up to 3 bins are included in your Weekly Service Plan. Rubbish, recycle and food scrap bin. For properties needing more than 3 bins visit our Custom Plan for options built around your needs.

What if my driveway is long?

Got a long driveway or complex access? Depending on your property we may need to discuss a tailored plan. Contact us for a free quote.

What happens if something goes wrong?

We operate on a structured weekly schedule aligned with Auckland Council collection. If an issue ever arises, we resolve it promptly. Reliability is part of the service.

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as we have safe access to your bins, you do not need to be present. Many of our customers are busy professionals, families, and property owners. Also a great option for night shift workers and early morning starters.

Is this suitable for elderly residents?

Yes absolutely. Bin Valet is ideal for residents who have mobility challenges, struggle with heavy bins, or live on sloped driveways. It provides convenience and peace of mind.

Do you service rental properties and Airbnbs?

Yes. We work with property managers, landlords, and short-term rentals to ensure bins are handled professionally between stays.

What suburbs do you service?

Bin Valet is launching residential bin valet services across Auckland.

Our first service areas include Howick, Botany, Pakuranga, Bucklands Beach and surrounding East Auckland suburbs, with additional routes expanding across Central Auckland, the North Shore, West Auckland and South Auckland. Visit our Service Areas for our up to date list of suburbs across Auckland.

What if my suburb is not listed?

Contact us and tell us your street and suburb and we will let you know as soon as we reach your area. We are expanding across Auckland regularly and new suburbs are added all the time.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You must cancel/pause before your next billing cycle. Contact us and we can sort that for you right away or you can cancel on your Bin Valet profile.
