Bin Valet Subscription Cancellation Policy
Bin Valet subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling is easy. Just email support@binvalet.co.nz or fill in our Contact Us form and we will take care of the rest.
To stop the next monthly charge, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next billing date (NZ time).
What happens after cancellation
If you cancel after your billing date, your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid monthly period, and you won’t be charged again after that.
Refunds
We do not provide partial-month refunds unless required by New Zealand law.
Missed/Skipped visits
If a weekly visit is skipped due to reasons outside our control (for example: no access, unsafe conditions, bins blocked/not available, severe weather, or council disruptions), that visit is not refundable.
Plan changes
You can upgrade or downgrade plans. Changes may take effect immediately or from the next billing cycle depending on timing and routing.
